Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be confident shopping with Go Beyond Fitness (Pty) Ltd. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for both physical products (lifestyle supplements) and digital products/services (workout & nutrition plans, online coaching).

1) Return Window (Physical Products)

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.

  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Not eligible for return (physical):

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items not in original sealed packaging

  • Sale/clearance items and gift cards

2) Digital Products & Services (Plans/Coaching)

Because digital plans and coaching are customised and delivered electronically, these are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

  • Workout Plans & Nutrition Plans (digital):

    • Refunds are not available once the plan has been delivered/emailed or work has begun on customisation.

    • If you purchased but no delivery has occurred and no consultation has taken place, you may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase.

  • Online Coaching / Consultations:

    • Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.

    • If a service cannot be provided due to our error or cancellation, we’ll rebook or refund you.

If you believe there’s been an error in a digital delivery (e.g., file access issue), contact us and we’ll make it right.

3) How to Start a Return (Physical Products)

Email info@gobeyondfitness.co.za with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged/defective

Please wait for approval and instructions before sending anything back. Items sent without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) may not be accepted.

4) Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to change of mind / wrong size / not needed, return shipping is at your cost.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label (where available).

5) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve it quickly (replacement, exchange, or refund).

6) Exchanges (Physical Products)

The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original (once approved) and then place a new order for the replacement.

7) Refunds (Physical & Eligible Digital)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return or verify eligibility, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@gobeyondfitness.co.za.

8) International Orders

If you’re outside South Africa, shipping times and costs for returns may be longer and vary by location. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
