Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa. For outlying or remote locations, delivery may take longer and/or attract a courier surcharge. If you’re unsure about your area, contact us before ordering.
Delivery Timeframes (Physical Products – Supplements & Merch)

Gauteng: typically 24–72 hours after dispatch.

Outside Gauteng: typically 48–96 hours after dispatch.
Delays can occur due to courier routing, weather, load-shedding, or peak periods. As we use third-party couriers, consignment allocation and exact routing are not always within our control.
Order Processing

Orders placed Mon–Fri are usually processed within 24 hours.

Orders placed after hours, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your parcel has shipped.
Digital Products & Services (Workout/Nutrition Plans, Online Coaching)

Standard digital items (non-custom) are delivered via email once payment is confirmed.

Customised plans: after purchase, we’ll contact you for your assessment/intake. Delivery of your final plan occurs after you complete the intake, within a reasonable timeframe which we’ll confirm by email.

No shipping fees apply to digital deliveries.
Click & Collect (Studio Pickup)

Free collection is available from our studio once your order is ready.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and service level.

Any remote-area surcharges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Track your parcel in real time using the courier’s tracking link.
Delivery Partners
We partner with reputable SA couriers. Partner selection may vary by destination, service level, and parcel size/weight.
Delivery Confirmation
A delivery confirmation is sent once the courier marks your order as delivered. If you have concerns (e.g., you haven’t received it but it shows delivered), contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate promptly.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels
Please ensure your name, phone number, and address (including complex/building name, unit number, and access instructions) are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect/insufficient addresses.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Couriers will attempt delivery and may contact you by phone/SMS. If delivery fails after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery costs may apply.
Public Holidays & Peak Periods
Processing and delivery times may be extended during public holidays, year-end, and promotional periods.
International Orders
At present, we ship within South Africa only for physical goods. Digital products can be purchased internationally.
