This website is operated by Go Beyond Fitness (Pty) Ltd (“Go Beyond Fitness”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Throughout the site, “Service” refers to the online store and related services offered via shop.gobeyondfitness.co.za and any associated platforms. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and Services to you.

Content (excluding credit card data) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and adapted to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns/exchanges are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy.
We strive to display product colours/images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display accuracy. We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, limit quantities, and discontinue products at any time. All product descriptions/pricing are subject to change at our sole discretion.
We do not warrant that the quality of products/Services/information will meet your expectations or that any Service errors will be corrected.
Digital Products & Coaching: Our programs, workout and nutrition plans, and online coaching may be delivered electronically and/or customised. Delivery timelines for custom work depend on client intake and response times. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for details on eligibility.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email/phone/billing address provided.

You may terminate by ceasing use of the site and notifying us. If we believe you have failed to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; we may also deny you access to the Service.
